Elegant Ora Candles & More accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders will be processed the same day. We will ship out  Monday-Wednesday and Saturday excluduing Holidays. This means if a holiday falls on one of our shipping days than your order will ship the next business day.

Orders are processed in the order that they are received. Orders will ship USPS from Bridgeview IL. USPS ships within 3-5 business days. Please keep in mind deliveries could be delayed due to Holiday season/Pandemic.

Please note we are not responsible for lost, and stolen packages. However if this does happen. Ensure the shipping address is correct. Check for a notice of attempted delivery. Search the area of your delivery location for you package such as your mailbox, your side, front or back door. Check with your neighbors to see if they may have accepted your package. In somes cases USPS deliveries may be reported as delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival. We suggest waiting 1-2 days after the package shows delivered to reach out to our team with concerns. If you still havent received you items Please reach out to our team at your earliest convience so that we can work with you on this matter.

                                           

                                                Cancellation

Our orders are processed the same day However if you would like to cancel an order cancellations are accepted as long as the order hasnt shipped out yet. Once the order is in shipping status cancellation will not be granted.
